Used Instruments
SURVEY ON POTENTIALS
In order to detect the improvement areas, through questionnaires, tests and individual interviews, the potential of every participant is evaluated (ARI= Available Resources Index) to plan optimal interventions.

TUTORSHIP
The intervention Referral, according to the methods arranged with the Corporate Referral, is available to inform about the status of the different phases. The Reporting is about the didactic aspects and the mood created by the training intervention.

FOLLOW UP
Some months after the training, the participants evaluate, together with the trainer, the benefits and/or the problems they had in applying the methods and techniques learned to the working context. During this step, the trainer suggests the behavioural strategies to overcome every problem.

RESULTS EVALUATION
The Team of experts examines the organizational processes, the behaviours most appropriate to hit the company goals, the relationship modalities and it defines the appropriate instruments of measurement. Thanks to indicators worked out, it’s possible to define the evaluation methods and times both on the theoretical learning aspects and the acquisition of new behaviours.

FINAL REPORT
The final report gives back the reaction and feedback of participants during the various steps of the training, and evaluates the achievement of the scheduled objectives. Further information is provided on the organizational development and the human resources management and valorisation.
