…let’s start with a story…
A woodsman went working in a sawmill and, determined to make a good impression, he introduced himself to the foreman who gave him an axe and assigned him an area of the wood.
The man, full of enthusiasm, fell eighteen trees in only one day and, for the efficiency demonstrated, he gained the foreman’s praises. The woodsman decided therefore to improve his performance, but, in spite of the efforts, he fell less and less trees everyday.
Since he was dead beat, he told the foreman what was happening and the foreman asked him: “When was the last time you had sharpened your axe?”. “Sharpen?”, answered the woodsman, “I had no time to sharpen it: I was too busy to fall the trees!”.
